Our Beginners Kit has everything that you need to start hand stripping your dog; no matter what your breed. We hand-dull all of our tools so even beginners will not cut their dog’s hair!
First step - Use the Teflon Coated Anti-static Comb – to move smoothly through the coat to help remove any tangles and prepare the coat for hand stripping
Anti-static because it is Teflon coated, this comb is a pleasure to use because it's lightweight and moves smoothly through the coat.
Second step - Use the Twin King 2n1 Undercoat Rake to remove the dead undercoat without cutting the top coat
The Twin King 2n1 Undercoat Rake will not cut or damage the coat because it is the only one on the market that is HAND-DULLED
Third Step - Use the Diamond Edition “Shorty” Stripping Stone to start pulling the hard top coat
The Shorty stripping tool has a straight edge like a stripping knife but will NOT cut the hair; it is stone like and therefore impossible to cut hair. You will find it to be a well balanced, comfortable tool, and will help you learn the proper stripping technique before you move to stripping knives.
