Exceptional quality set of robust straight scissors and thinners that are smaller than our shark set and little more handy for smaller breeds. These are perfect for overall work, ideal for legs, underline, and smoothing. These scissors are made for hard work, they are incredibly resistant and strong, and can go through mats or deliver accurate cut for show. They are balanced in weight and the finger holes are comfortable for long work.
We use stainless steel DC53 which is cold work steel with exceptional toughness, wear resistance, and compressive strength. DC53 is one of the hardest steels with 62-64 HRc hardness, for comparison, Solingen steel has approx 57HRc and 440c 58-60HRc.
